Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights • Prepare proposals and sales presentations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field • Strong experience in construction/MEP sales & business development • Strong network and knowledge of the Saudi market • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills • Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment • Arabic & English speaker
