Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: We are hiring experienced Business Development professionals with strong expertise in Open Access Power Sales across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C&I power sales and a strong understanding of Group Captive, Third-Party, and Captive Power business models.


  • Drive business development and sales for Open Access solar projects

  • Identify and acquire C&I customers in Karnataka/AP region

  • Manage techno-commercial discussions and customer negotiations

  • Handle EPC/PPA discussions and order closures

  • Develop business opportunities in Group Captive and Third-Party power sales

  • Coordinate with internal engineering and execution teams

  • Build strong client and channel partner relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Open Access Power Sales is mandatory
• Strong exposure to:

  • Group Captive

  • Third-Party Power Sales

  • Captive Power Solutions
    • Experience in Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar projects
    • Strong understanding of PPAs, power regulations, and EPC models
    • Proven experience in C&I customer acquisition
    • Strong market network in Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills


Important Note:

  • Candidates from Product Sales or Project Sales backgrounds will not be considered

  • Candidates from leading renewable energy competitors will be preferred

  • Local candidates from South India are highly preferred
