Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our recruitment team in the UAE. This is a field-based sales role responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering customized recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals consistently.

  • Identify and cultivate new B2B client relationships through strategic networking and proactive outreach, focusing on recruitment needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to expand market share within the recruitment sector, specifically targeting key industries.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, effectively presenting recruitment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the recruitment landscape, driving innovation.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional service, focusing on talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of recruitment services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client hiring requirements
Promote and sell recruitment and staffing solutions tailored to client needs
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and performance reviews
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets


Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
Strong field sales experience with a successful closing track record
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE


Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary:
AED 5,000 per month
Commission: Uncapped (average annual earnings up to AED 60,000)

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze data.
  • Experience in a specific industry niche within recruitment, such as technology, finance, or healthcare, is a plus.
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for driving business growth.
