The primary objective of this role is to generate consistent and sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and cultivating strong, long-term client partnerships.

As the face of our company, you must demonstrate strong commitment toward crafting and implementing a successful sales strategy.

Candidates must have 6–8 years of proven experience in security products such as:

  • Access Control Systems

  • Biometric Systems

  • Facial Recognition Systems

  • Speed Gates & Turnstile Systems

  • Card Printers & Card Readers

  • Other Physical Security & Access Management Solutions

� Key Responsibilities

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the architect of growth, driving our security solutions into the corporate spotlight. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Identify new markets and customer needs through research

  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote company products/services aligned with client objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • KSA Valid driving license mandatory.

  • Proven sales track record in security & access control industry

  • Strong market knowledge in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong rapport-building ability

  • Effective time management and planning skills

    • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
