Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on B2B leads and referrals.
- Contact prospective clients and present ZainCash solutions, including cash disbursement and cash collection services.
- Lead contract follow-up and coordinate with new clients.
- Open onboarding cases, complete contract details, and follow up until client activation.
- Act as an account manager for assigned clients.
- Follow up with inactive clients to support reactivation and growth.
- Location: Erbil
- 2 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, e-wallets, payment gateways, or IT solutions.
- Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
