Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Oman Motorhomes is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Development & Operations Officer to join our growing SME team. This is a demanding, multi-tasking role requiring flexibility, commitment, and extended working hours.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the rental and sales operations of motorhomes and mobile restrooms as well as business development activities for additional products and services offered by the company, including imports from China. The role also includes customer orientation, vehicle inspection, rental transactions, marketing tasks, and daily operations.

The candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle rental process of motorhomes and mobile restrooms (including contracts, payments, delivery, and returns).
  • Conduct thorough inspection of motorhomes and restrooms before and after rental.
  • Provide customers with clear and detailed orientation on using motorhomes and restrooms.
  • Drive and deliver vehicles if required and collect them back.
  • Generate business leads and pursue sales & rental opportunities for motorhomes and mobile restrooms.
  • Identify new business opportunities related to other imported products.
  • Engage in business development, including partnerships and corporate outreach.
  • Handle marketing activities, including social media, promotions, and customer outreach.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure vehicle readiness.
  • Assist with daily administrative operations.
  • Work beyond standard hours when necessary to fulfill tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Good command of English and Arabic.
  • Valid driving license (preferred with experience in large vehicles).
  • High sense of responsibility and work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
