Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Professional is responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting new business opportunities for Soundlines Global in Russia. This role includes prospecting and attracting clients, managing relationships, and promoting recruitment and HR outsourcing services to corporate clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for building long-term partnerships and achieving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
- Identifying and identifying potential clients in need of recruitment services and HR solutions throughout Russia.
- Generating new business leads through networking, cold calling, customer meetings and market research
- Effectively presenting Soundlines Global's capabilities and services to potential clients
2. Market Research and Business Intelligence
- Conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends and competitors' actions
- Understanding customer requirements, market demands and industry standards in Russia
- Preparing reports and analytical materials on potential market segments and opportunities for business growth
3. Sales and Proposal Management
- Preparing and delivering professional commercial proposals, quotes and presentations
- Negotiating commercial terms and agreements with clients within approved parameters
- Achieving and exceeding established sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Building, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients
5. Interacting with Internal Teams
- Collaborating with HR and operations teams to ensure high-quality fulfillment of client requirements.
6. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, proposals, and agreements in CRM or internal systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required, knowledge of Russian is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
