Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear, professional proposals, presentations, and engagement documents
  • Research client background and project context
  • Structure scopes, timelines, methodologies, and deliverables
  • Coordinate pricing and inputs with partners
  • Follow up with clients on meetings, proposals, and decisions
  • Track opportunities and proposal status
  • Conduct desk and market research using public, government, and industry sources
  • Organize and verify information
  • Convert research into client-ready slides, tables, and written content
  • Support reports with clear narratives and visuals
  • Draft and compile consulting deliverables (market overviews, benchmarking, executive summaries)
  • Ensure clarity, structure, and professional formatting
  • Review, edit, and finalize inputs from freelancers or part-timers
  • Break projects into clear work packages
  • Assign tasks to freelancers/part-timers with clear instructions and deadlines
  • Follow up on progress and quality
  • Coordinate handovers and ensure client-ready outputs
  • Act as the single point of accountability
  • Act as day-to-day client contact
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and issue follow-ups
  • Visit clients when required and represent the firm professionally
  • Manage expectations and maintain strong relationships

  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent structuring and presentation ability
  • High follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
  • Ability to delegate and hold others accountable
  • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Professional client communication
  • Fluent English required
  • Arabic preferred
