Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. the BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients, this role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit with the company s products/services.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets (calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.).
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships and fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
