Roles & Responsibilities


This is a full-time remote position working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. If you re motivated by results, enjoy speaking with people, and want to build a career in sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow quickly.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Make high-volume outbound calls using our power dialer system
  • Engage with potential clients and introduce our services
  • Qualify leads and identify strong opportunities
  • Book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Represent Puulse Marketing with professionalism and energy

What You Bring

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 or higher)
  • Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Computer or laptop with updated software
  • Quality headset for clear calls
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and dialers (training provided)
