Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote position working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. If you re motivated by results, enjoy speaking with people, and want to build a career in sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow quickly.
What You ll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound calls using our power dialer system
- Engage with potential clients and introduce our services
- Qualify leads and identify strong opportunities
- Book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Represent Puulse Marketing with professionalism and energy
Desired Candidate Profile
What You Bring
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 or higher)
- Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Computer or laptop with updated software
- Quality headset for clear calls
- Comfortable using CRM systems and dialers (training provided)
