Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will connect with prospective customer agents, introduce the company s services, and schedule qualified video demos for the sales team. This role is designed for someone experienced in outbound sales and lead qualification who is comfortable working within a fast sales cycle and maintaining consistent prospect engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to provided leads.
Introduce and explain the company s marketing services in a clear and professional manner.
Engage potential clients and assess their needs to determine whether they would benefit from the services offered.
Lead Qualification & Demo Scheduling
Schedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow up with agents who express interest but have not yet booked a demo.
Pipeline Management & Communication
Track conversations and lead progress to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Handle objections effectively while communicating the company s value proposition.
Participate in daily meetings with the team and other BDRs.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
Qualifications Experience
2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
Skills
Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills.
Ability to qualify leads and manage outbound conversations effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent activity.
