Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Business Development & Sales Intern
We’re looking for motivated and proactive individuals from Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Canada who are excited about startups, sales, networking, AI tools, and business growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Learning and implementing lead-generation strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and online business directories.
Identifying and onboarding B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces as strategic partners.
Connecting with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain the company’s AI workforce solutions and service offerings.
Conducting follow-up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer client queries, and build professional relationships.
Maintaining daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
Working with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition.
Achieving daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real startup operations while working closely with founders, businesses, startup communities, and growth initiatives in a fast-moving remote environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong English communication skills
Confidence in outreach and networking
Familiarity with ChatGPT, LinkedIn, and Excel
Self-driven and professional mindset
Interest in business development, startups, and sales
