Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the fastener industry, focusing on target accounts and market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for fastener products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas in the fastener market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the fastener industry or a closely related industrial sector.

  • Experience in sourcing and estimation

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of fastener products, applications, and industry standards.

  • Has a strong network of contacts within the automotive, construction, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
