Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive business development and sales initiatives across Oman, Pakistan, India, Qatar, Kuwait and Turkey, with an emphasis on both mature and emerging oil & gas markets

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, service providers, and regional partners
  • Promote and position completions technologies and services to achieve growth targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs
  • Provide strategic insight into regional market dynamics and support long-term planning

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven success in business development and sales within the oil & gas sector, with specific expertise in completions technologies

  • Deep understanding of the region, with an existing network across the territory
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex solutions into commercially viable offerings
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working autonomously and managing remote responsibilities
