Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role combines market expansion, customer acquisition, and hands-on sales execution, making it suitable for a candidate with strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of industrial manufacturing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in domestic and international markets to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Actively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, order closure, and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and key decision-makers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Support the development of pricing strategies, commercial offers, and product positioning in coordination with management.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers to customers.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and achievable.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, customer visits, and industry events to promote Intertrade s products and capabilities.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, new leads, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Support new product introductions by gathering market feedback and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company guidelines and profitability targets.
- Ensure all sales and business development activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data within company systems and reporting tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience selling technical or industrial products (plastics, PVC, home appliances components, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, planning, and quality teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
