Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent Spider Technology at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and results.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize business development strategies.
- Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the business development process.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
