Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Represent Spider Technology at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and results.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize business development strategies.
  • Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the business development process.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
