Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development/Telecommunications/technology/HR or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English.
