Roles & Responsibilities

As the Business Development Specialist, you will drive new client acquisition by managing our online presence, performing targeted outreach, handling inbound inquiries, and scheduling calls with prospective clients.

Your role blends outreach, digital communication, and lead qualification. You will continuously test new channels, track performance, and double down on what works.

In this role, you will:

  • Create, update, and optimize directory listings and company profiles.
  • Post regularly on social media to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Conduct aggressive outbound outreach especially to companies posting roles we can fill.
  • Handle first-contact conversations, respond to inbound messages, and qualify leads.
  • Schedule intro calls and hand off warm prospects to leadership.
  • Experiment with paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as needed and report on ROI.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of prospects, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Track outreach performance and continuously refine your strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Exceptional English spoken and written with near-native fluency and minimal accent.

Confident communicator comfortable speaking with international clients.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large outreach pipeline.

Analytical mindset: test, measure, adjust.

Self-driven personality with high accountability.

Prior experience in sales, outreach, digital marketing, or client-facing roles is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, directory platforms, or basic ad platforms is a plus.

Experience dealing with US-based or international clients is an advantage.

Persistent, resourceful, and proactive.

Comfortable experimenting with multiple outreach methods.

Strong follow-through and professional communication.
