Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to offer innovative advertising solutions that meet client needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful long-term business partnerships. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to continuously provide value-added services to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in business development or marketing in the advertising industry is a must.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of advertising markets and client needs within this sector.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
