Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new opportunities for the company, expanding the client base, and strengthening business partnerships. The role includes monitoring the market and competitors, and providing innovative strategies to support business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
