Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to uncover potential business development prospects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients.

  • Draft, review, and build proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

  • Send proposals to clients, negotiate terms and costs, and support contract development.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance visibility and attract new business.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and illustrate building/project proposals with strong visualization skills, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with client needs.

  • Develop conceptual designs, layouts, and illustrations that communicate architectural or project ideas effectively in proposals and presentations.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Support and lead planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of projects, programs, and activities.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and deliverable timelines.

  • Track expenditures and manage budgets in alignment with project plans.

  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Maintain updated records, project files, and reports before, during, and after execution.

  • Prepare progress reports, performance updates, and presentations for senior management and clients.

  • Oversee proper use of technology for project operations (e.g., video conferencing, presentations, hybrid setups).

  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish and maintain effective client communication via email, phone, meetings, and social media.

  • Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

  • Represent the company at internal and external committees, meetings, and industry events.

  • Attend client and stakeholder meetings, prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM), agendas, and follow up on action items.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and clients.

  • Track submitted proposals and RFPs and provide feedback to management.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records, databases, and client mailing lists.

  • Prepare briefing documents, cost estimates, and other supporting materials for internal and external use.

Operations & Support

  • Provide effective administrative support for business development and project activities.

  • Support growth initiatives, program development, and action planning.

  • Manage company communications through media relations, social media, and in-person interactions.

  • Help foster positive internal and external relationships.

  • Support the team with day-to-day operations and additional tasks as required.

Flexibility & Commitment

  • Adapt to after-hours commitments, weekend work, and travel requirements when necessary.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in handling additional responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in business development, project coordination, or proposal management.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Ability to create high-quality visual presentations, architectural sketches, and project illustrations.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
