Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Market Expansion:
  • Identify and engage with automotive manufacturers, distributors, and aftermarket service providers for logistics and supply chain partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across the automotive value chain through direct outreach, industry referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis to refine business development strategies and identify gaps in the market

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders within automotive companies to position Starlinks as a preferred logistics partner.
  • Work closely with internal operations, supply chain, and technology teams to create and propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations, proposals, and RFQs to clients in the automotive sector.

Sales & Negotiation:

  • Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contractual terms to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and key account status, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and contribute to strategic sales planning.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  • Support the marketing team in automotive-specific campaigns, case studies, and industry visibility efforts.

Market Intelligence & Networking:

  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, supply chain innovations, and regulatory changes.
  • Represent Starlinks at automotive expos, logistics conferences, and B2B networking events to strengthen brand awareness and generate leads.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Recommend and help implement process improvements for more efficient client acquisition and service delivery.
  • Uphold Starlinks brand image and standards in all external communications and interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics operations within the automotive or supply chain sector.
  • Proven success in meeting business development targets and managing long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry logistics, warehousing, and transportation dynamics.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
