Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development team in preparing and submitting proposals, quotations, tenders, and pre-qualification documents.
  • Manage and update all sales records accurately in the ERP system.
  • Review and interpret customer specifications, datasheets, scope of work, and commercial terms & conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, Production, QA/QC, and Procurement to gather technical and cost-related information.
  • Ensure that all submissions comply with ASME codes, industry standards, and ISO requirements.
  • Assist with basic market research and maintain awareness of GCC market trends (preferred).
  • Support customer relationship management by responding to queries and providing required documentation.
  • Maintain technical and commercial documentation for tenders, contracts, and proposals.
  • Track opportunities, inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to support BD targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding specially in Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, ASME codes, and relevant manufacturing standards.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems for sales and project tracking.

  • Good understanding of commercial terms, contractual conditions, and tender requirements.

  • Awareness of GCC market trends (preferred).
