Roles & Responsibilities

We re looking for a detail-oriented Business Development Technical Coordinator to support our BD team through efficient documentation management, vendor registration, and high-quality proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all legal, statutory, and corporate compliance documents.
  • Handle client and government renewals to ensure legal and operational readiness.
  • Lead vendor and supplier registration with clients and platforms.
  • Coordinate due diligence and prequalification documentation.
  • Develop professional, well-structured technical proposals.
  • Manage and audit centralized document databases for accuracy and accessibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.3 5 years of experience in business development, compliance, or technical coordination.Strong understanding of bid documentation, compliance, and proposal development.br>Proficiency in MS Office and vendor registration systems.br>Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.br>Proactive and reliable team player with high attention to detail.
