Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Enhancing customer flow by redesigning branch layouts to ensure smooth movement and increase sales per square meter.

  2. Converting all paper-based plans into accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD to standardize branch identity.

  3. Elevating the shopping experience through interior design standards that improve visual appeal and encourage longer customer engagement.

  4. Improving operational efficiency by integrating architectural design with planograms to maximize the profitability of every available space.
