Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Provide technical and advisory support to all companies incubated within the program, review their operational business plans, and ensure implementation in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Contribute to researching and identifying the latest locally and globally available technologies to support incubated companies in developing and enhancing their products.
  • Support connecting entrepreneurs with various industrial sectors and service providers to help develop and scale their ideas.
  • Coordinate and implement technical reviews and training programs provided to entrepreneurs and innovators, ensuring full compliance with the organization s policies and procedures.
  • Participate in identifying the needs of targeted economic and industrial sectors relevant to the Innovation Lab and Technology Business Incubator.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) reflecting work progress against the approved plan, including achievement rates, deviations from the plan, and recommended corrective actions, and submit them to the direct manager in a timely manner for review and approval.

Bachelor s degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, economics, or a related field.
