Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Visualization

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.
  • Build dashboards and reports using BI platforms (Power BI, OBIEE).
  • Present insights in clear, visual formats for stakeholders.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements.

Technical Development

  • Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Develop data models and optimize queries.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

Strategic Advisory

  • Advise on BI best practices and data governance.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Help organizations adopt data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Technical Expertise: SQL, ETL tools, BI platforms (Power BI, OBIEE).
  • Data Modeling: Ability to design efficient schemas and relationships.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
  • Communication: Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business Knowledge: Understanding of KPIs, financial metrics, and operational processes.
