Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze complex business requirements related to wireless network operations, collaborating with stakeholders to translate them into precise technical specifications for BI, reporting, and automation solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs, network performance, tower infrastructure metrics, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize SQL, SSRS, and ETL tools to extract, transform, and load large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for BI reporting purposes.
  • Implement and manage RPA solutions to automate repetitive processes, such as data collection, report generation, and workflow optimization, enhancing operational efficiency in wireless network management.
  • Support project management by creating data-driven schedules, resource plans, and performance tracking systems, leveraging BI and RPA to optimize delivery of insights for tower infrastructure projects.
  • Deliver high-impact BI reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing clear, data-backed insights to drive business strategy and operational efficiency in wireless network operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BI and RPA solutions with existing systems, optimizing data workflows and reporting capabilities for tower infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor and refine BI dashboards, KPIs, and automated processes, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to support proactive decision-making in wireless network operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in telecommunications or wireless network industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The Business Intelligence Expert will drive data-driven decision-making for a Tower Infrastructure company focused on wireless network operations. This role involves assessing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing advanced reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.
  • The position requires hands-on expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), SQL, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to manage large datasets, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights, while supporting project management activities specific to wireless network infrastructure. Fluency in Arabic and local residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) are highly preferred.
  • Must-have skills:
  • Expert proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, particularly Power BI, for dashboard creation, data visualisation, and advanced analytics.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL and SSRS for querying, managing, and transforming large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with proven ability to design and implement automation workflows using industry-standard RPA tools.
  • Advanced skills in ETL tools for managing and transforming large datasets.
  • Strong ability to assess business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for BI, reporting, and automation solutions in the context of wireless network operations.
  • Proven experience in KPI tracking, dashboard development, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in fast-paced, data-intensive environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
  • Local candidates residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) are preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus, but not required.
