We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BI Specialist to join our team. The BI Specialist will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations. This role involves building and maintaining BI dashboards, optimizing reporting systems, and supporting data-driven performance management throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to visualize key business metrics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources including ERP, CRM, inventory management, and e-commerce systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical models and reports.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks for departments such as sales forecasting, distribution efficiency, and product performance.
• Identify data quality issues and implement improvements to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support management reporting and quarterly business reviews, providing insights on revenue trends, product profitability, and market performance.
• Stay up to date with BI tools, data visualization best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master s preferred.
• Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization, ideally within a distribution, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and sales processes.
• Familiar with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, odoo, Dynamics) and CRM platforms.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and data modeling.
