About the Legal Team  : 

The Legal team is committed to providing high-quality support in business law, compliance, and risk management. It comprises three business law experts based in Paris, supported by a junior lawyer in Madagascar and two interns in Paris, all under the supervision of Julie, Legal Director. You will join a passionate and supportive team where rigor and teamwork are valued. We are recruiting a Business Law Attorney to work on strategic and operational projects in collaboration with local Moroccan and international teams.

Your missions, should you choose to accept them

As a Business Law Attorney, you will be responsible for:

Contract management and negotiation

Review, negotiate and renew all supplier contracts for the FR Region: France, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Benin, Senegal, Madagascar and Mauritius.

Supporting the sales management team in the context of tenders (RFI/RFP) and pre-contractual negotiations.

Review, negotiate and renew Moroccan customer contracts, ensuring their compliance.

Corporate and Governance

Monitoring Moroccan, Tunisian and Algerian subsidiaries: managing the life of the companies, steering mandates, changes in corporate appointments, updating corporate officers, etc.

Coordinate relationships with law firms to ensure legal compliance.

Dispute resolution

To resolve customer and supplier disputes through amicable discussions or pre-litigation Moroccan (and where applicable Tunisian and Algerian).

Collaborate closely with lawyers and liaise with internal teams for litigation management and drafting of pleadings.

Training and awareness

Train sales and cross-functional teams on internal processes and contractual risks.

Provide updated documents and guidelines to ensure compliance and reduce risks.

He listens and conforms.

Supporting the sales management during customer audits, particularly regarding data security issues and banking or insurance intermediation services.

Cross-functional project management

Managing international projects in interaction with our parent company based in the United States and Legal GBS located in India.
