Business Lawyer Concentrix Corporation

As a Business Law Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

Contract management and negotiation

·        Review, negotiate and renew all supplier contracts in the RF Region: France, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Benin, Senegal, Madagascar and Mauritius.

·        Support the sales department in the context of calls for tenders (RFI/RFP) and pre-contractual negotiations.

·        Review, negotiate and renew Moroccan client contracts, ensuring their compliance.

Corporate and governance

·        Ensure the follow-up of Moroccan, Tunisian and Algerian subsidiaries: management of company life, management of mandates, changes of company names, updates of corporate officers, etc.

·        Coordinate relationships with law firms to ensure legal compliance.

Dispute Management

·        Resolve customer and supplier disputes through amicable or pre-litigation discussions in Morocco (and, where applicable, Tunisian and Algerian).

·        Work closely with lawyers and liaise with internal teams for litigation management and drafting of findings.

Training and awareness

·        Train the sales and cross-functional teams on internal processes and contractual risks.

·        Provide up-to-date documents and guidelines to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

Audit and compliance

·        Support the sales department during customer audits, in particular for data security issues and banking or insurance intermediation services.

Cross-functional project management

·        Lead international projects in interaction with our parent company based in the United States and Legal GBS located in India.

You are our ideal candidate if 

·        You have a Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.

·        You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, particularly in contract management, litigation and governance.

·        You have a perfect command of French, English and Arabic (written and oral), are comfortable working on contracts in both languages and demonstrate a real ability to evolve in an international environment.

·        You are rigorous, autonomous, with excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for analysis and negotiation.
