Eram Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager with a strong background in project control to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Business Manager will oversee project control processes, ensure timely delivery of services, and maintain client relationships to drive business success./p>
Responsibilities

• Manage project control functions, including planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Ensure project deliveries are on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Develop and implement project control systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
• Lead and mentor project control teams to enhance their skills and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve service offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Manager role or replated roles.
• Strong experience in offshore industry or similar industry on mega projects.
• Proven experience in managing and guiding project control teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
