Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
Monitor daily operations of the assigned affiliate to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality
Act as the primary point of contact between head office and affiliate teams
Coordination & Communication
Maintain regular communication with affiliate teams to track progress and resolve issues
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to support operations
Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
Process Management
Ensure alignment of operations with company policies and standards
Recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
Issue Resolution
Handle operational challenges and escalate critical issues when required
Ensure timely resolution of affiliate-related concerns
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Support & Training
Provide operational guidance and support to affiliate staff
Assist in onboarding and training related to operations
Planning & Reporting
Support operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Submit periodic reports with insights and recommendations to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in business operations or administrative roles (office-based)
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector is preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Experience in corporate / head office environment preferred
