Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility /

  • Who is oversee daily and monthly business operations activities including billing validation, reconciliation, and invoicing.
  • Have to coordinate with Finance and Product teams for revenue tracking, fee collection, and showback/chargeback processes.
  • Should track KPIs, SLAs, and partner performance, producing operational and compliance dashboards.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting by maintaining detailed operational evidences and documentation.
  • Assist in validating the Billing Engine outputs and partner transaction usage records.
  • Collaborate with technical and finance teams to ensure smooth BAU operations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skill.
