Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management & Commercial Growth:
  • Scientific and Corporate Liaison: Act as the primary liaison, bridging connections and fostering collaborative relationships between pharmaceutical corporates and scientific bodies.
  • Executive Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies.
  • Objective Setting: Coordinate with CPD management to develop and execute ambitious SMART objectives on both financial and business milestone levels.
  • Commercial Drive: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a smooth access for Caduceus Lane to new pharmaceutical corporates and scientific entities.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end comprehensive projects and healthcare consultancy services offered to pharmaceutical corporates, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Advocacy:

  • Formal Connections: Coordinate formal connections and engagements between our pharmaceutical partners and local authorities, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
  • Initiative Support: Actively support Caduceus Lane's initiatives with local and regional scientific bodies and authorities, particularly in areas of public awareness and other patient engagement activities.
  • Patient Support Programs (PSPs): Support Caduceus Lane's activities with patients, specifically in the development and execution of Patient Support Programs (PSPs).

Performance Measurement:

  • KPI Management: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) against set financial and business milestones.
  • Reporting: Report on the progress and commercial impact of partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a must. A medical background is a strong plus.

At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consultancy agency sectors.

Proven track record in business development, commercial account management, or strategic partnerships, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong negotiation and project management abilities.

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical business models and the roles of scientific bodies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Turkish nationals with proficiency in the English language.
