Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst with a passion for process optimization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, process modelling, and automation tools to analyze, streamline, and enhance organizational workflows. The role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical capability, and strong communication skills to drive operational excellence across departments. Key Responsibilities Map, analyze, and redesign existing business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards. Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC / Kaizen). Develop and implement continuous improvement frameworks to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Sales) to gather requirements and define business needs. Support automation initiatives using tools like n8n, Power Automate, UiPath, or Odoo Workflow. Define and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes. Prepare detailed SOPs, process documentation, and workflow diagrams for process governance. Assist in ERP/CRM implementation and ensure process alignment across digital systems. Conduct training and awareness sessions on Lean and Continuous Improvement practices. Partner with leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable process improvement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification (preferred). 3–6 years of experience in process analysis, optimization, or business transformation. Strong knowledge of BPMN, SOP creation, and KPI tracking. Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, UiPath, Power Automate, Odoo, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in government, manufacturing, logistics, or service industries is a plus. Key Attributes Continuous learner with a process-oriented mindset. Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge existing processes constructively. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Certifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Business Process Management (BPMN 2.0) Continuous Improvement Practitioner AI for Process Automation (optional but advantageous)
