Assured Grow Consultancy LLC is seeking a skilled and analytical Business / Process Consultant to join its dynamic consulting team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about improving organizational structures, enhancing workflows, and implementing business transformation strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth diagnostics to identify business process inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
Develop and implement structured workflows, SOPs, and performance management frameworks.
Lead and oversee ERP, automation, and AI-based implementation projects for client organizations.
Design and prepare process maps, dashboards, and management reports to track business performance.
Collaborate with leadership teams to define organizational roles, KPIs, and review structures.
Conduct training and coaching sessions to drive system adoption and process compliance.
Be open to international travel and on-site consulting assignments with clients abroad.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Systems specialization preferred).
8 10 years of solid experience in business transformation, organizational design, or process management.
Excellent analytical thinking and strong logical reasoning abilities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Practical exposure to ERP systems, automation tools, or AI-driven business solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive professional with a consultative and leadership mindset.
