Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes. The Specialist will work closely with managers and teams to ensure process changes are implemented effectively and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in mapping and documenting current business processes.

Support in analyzing process performance and identifying gaps.

Contribute to developing new workflows, procedures, and policies.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth implementation.

Monitor KPIs to track process effectiveness.

Provide administrative and technical support during process improvement projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to document processes clearly.

Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written) .
