Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct workshops, interviews and discussions with business stakeholders to capture process requirements.

· Design To-Be business processes and associated workflows.

· Develop and standardize SOPs for all processes.

· Facilitate review, feedback consolidation and official sign-off of processes and SOPs.

· Identify improvement opportunities and support process re-engineering initiatives.

· Identify and analyse process performance metrics/KPIs (cycle times, error rates, cost, throughput) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

· Ensure alignment with the organization’s BPM governance framework and standards.

· Document process impacts, dependencies and cross-functional interactions.

· Maintain and update processes and SOPs in the BPM repository.

Prepare progress reports and trackers for leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, BPM Specialist, or similar role.
  • Experience working in real estate, government, or large enterprise organizations preferred.
  • Proven experience in business process design, documentation and SOP development.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Process Management methodologies (BPMN preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work on multiple processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Certification in BPM, BPMN, Process Mining, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (or similar suites) in a global or multi-national business unit environment.
  • experience working in multicultural teams.
  • Prior experience delivering business case/ROI for process improvements, automation deployment, change management roll-out.

· BPM & BPR capabilities

· SAP Signavio experience preferred

· GCC Real Estate experience preferred

· Jaggaer experience preferred

· SAP experience preferred

Real Estate Project & Non-project Procurement experience across the Source to Pay lifecycle preferred including but not limited to Vendor Management, Sourcing, Tendering, Cataloguing, PR/PO Processing, Service Entry / Goods Receipt and Invoice processing
