Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll build:
This position enables you to develop essential soft skills that are critical for business consultants including effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and collaboration. Additionally, you will build expertise in leadership, resolving conflicts, and managing client relationships, all of which contribute to successful SAP solution implementation.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience as an SAP consultant (f/m/d) in Success Factors application and processes
- Experience in designing and implementing Success Factors E2E processes
- Integration knowledge of SAP Cloud products and SAP S/4HANA to Success Factors
- Project experience in SAP Success Factors, and ideally other SAP Public Cloud solutions
- Ability to communicate complex processes in a simple and understandable way
- Proficiency in English and German conversational skills
- You have a focus on customer service mindset and customer empathy.
- You have a passion for learning new technologies and enjoy problem-solving.
