Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy and planning:

Assist the Market Administration and Development Manager to formulate business plans to support Market Operations strategy.

Market administration business processes and procedures:

In compliance with the Market Rules, assist the team development of business processes and procedures that encompass Market Management System automated operations and manual processes for:

market administration

market monitoring

rules development

market analysis, including: the analysis of impacts of proposed changes on the market

oversight, investigation and reporting of Participant compliance

dispute management

setting appropriate parameters such as price caps and tolerances in accordance with the Market Rules

secretariat and functional support for the Market Advisory Committee

periodic market reporting and publication

market training
