Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and GP targets through channel partners and consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance partner satisfaction and experience.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system for accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity management.
  • Ensure cost-clarity and customer satisfaction throughout the setup process.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the UAE business setup market and SPC offerings.
  • Work closely with account managers and compliance teams to provide consultants with status updates and resolve any issues.
  • Identify and proactively pursue opportunities for future business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience in business setup/company formation or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
