Our Corporate Services Practice supports the entire lifecycle of a corporate entity in the UAE, starting from identifying the most suitable legal structure/form and business jurisdiction to overseeing liquidation or winding up. We provide ongoing advice on the UAE companies laws, corporate tax, and business regulations, offering counsel to shareholders and senior executives on complex legal, management, and employment matters. Our services also include ensuring corporate compliance, drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate documents, and assisting with government departments and bank account opening requirements.

• Manage, operate, develop and market our Corporate Services Dept.
• Provide corporate advisory services with respect to business set up, company formation and corporate structuring and restructuring.
• Handle and manage new business set up and companies formation process and requirements of all forms of companies (mainland, free zone, offshore).
• Keep abreast of latest UAE company laws and business regulations.
• Good knowledge of UAE compliance regulations and corporate tax law.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date clients records within a CRM system.
• Proactively engage with clients to maintain satisfactory/long-lasting client relationships.
• Draft diverse corporate legal documents including resolutions, changes of directors and shareholders, attestation and legalization, issuance of certificates, bank account openings.
• Maintain proactive communication with government departments, free zones and banks.

• You hold a bachelor s degree, preferably in law or business.
• You have min 5 years experience in a similar role in a reputable corporate services company or a law firm in the UAE.
• You are a commercially minded, entrepreneurial individual who is self-motivated and able to thrive in a target driven environment.
• You have a perfect command of English, spoken and written. Russian/Chinese will be considered an advantage.
• You are a fast learner, motivated, dynamic, able to work independently, and eager to develop strong relationships with clients in an international context.
