Business Solution Analyst

Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of business applications.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and alignment of applications with operational requirements.

Conduct impact analyses when introducing new requirements or changes to systems.

Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee the implementation of solutions.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Implement governance, security policies, and compliance on applications.

Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and audit requirements.

Define and maintain role-based access controls.

Lead application-related projects, including upgrades and integrations.

Manage change requests through approved testing and review processes.

Develop an application enhancement roadmap in line with the digital transformation strategy.

Provide advanced support and root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Oversee and provide guidance to junior solution administrators/analysts.

Document designs and processes and prepare user manuals.

Provide training and guidance to users and IT teams.

Promote the adoption of best practices and new technologies.

Reporting:

Prepare the required reports and documents for the direct manager.
