Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build a new team for business solutions.
  • Supervise and coach the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve market share.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across different sectors.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable business and technical solutions
  • Lead technical sales presentations
  • Help the team to prepare and present commercial offers, proposals, and RFQs/RFPs
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offers, and new technologies
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for product improvement and service innovation
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design tailored solutions for business clients.
  • Create market segmentation and CRM, and conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts
  • Work closely with marketing to achieve new bundles.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Organize training sessions and continuous development programs for the sales team.
  • Monitor and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Report directly to the Wholesale and Enterprise Director.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in telecom, IT, or systems integration.
  • Understanding of enterprise connectivity, cloud, data center, managed services, SD-WAN, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions in simple terms.
  • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Certification in sales management or telecom-related fields is an advantage.
