Business Solutions Manager Etihad Airways

Drive innovation in Pricing & RM systems by researching and applying Operations Research methodologies, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in collaboration with solution providers (e.g. PROS, Sabre, Infare)

Develop strong commercial knowledge and liaise with internal and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend best practices where needed

Manage and maintain calibration of forecasting and optimization models within RM systems to improve forecast accuracy and revenue performance

Design and enhance system processes, practices, and controls to ensure effective usage of RM systems across the business

Support RM stakeholders with system-related queries, troubleshooting, and operational requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day activities

Develop and implement KPI frameworks to monitor system performance, usage, and effectiveness, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases, ensuring delivery meets business requirements and quality standards

Prioritize and coordinate delivery of system enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality in line with business needs and with system vendors

Drive automation within RM systems through development of models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to enable more efficient and scalable decision-making

Manage data quality assurance of inputs and outputs of Pricing & RM systems interacting closely with RM and IT
