Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP, HRMS (Menaitech) and BI
  2. Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts, SLAs, and service quality.
  3. Manage ERP/HRMS configurations, upgrades, integrations, and data integrity.
  4. Drive the design and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and analytics for management.
  5. Oversee development of tailored solutions and system enhancements to meet business needs.
  6. Establish and enforce best practices for system usage, data governance, and reporting standards.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, BA, or related field.
  2. 10 12 years of experience in IT/Business Solutions, including at least 3 5 years in a managerial role.
  3. Proven experience in ERP/HRMS systems (preferably Menaitech, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  4. Solid knowledge of BI tools, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Strong business acumen and understanding of distribution/FMCG industry processes.
