Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Solutions Specialist at Reyada, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and developing customized business solutions that align with their goals. You will work closely with clients to implement CRM systems, optimize their processes, and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Design and propose tailored business solutions using Bitrix24 and other relevant tools.
- Lead the implementation of CRM systems, including customization and configuration.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address any technical issues or custom development needs.
- Conduct regular assessments of client systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation to clients and management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis, CRM implementation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry developments.
- Certifications in CRM platforms like Bitrix24, Salesforce, or similar are a plus.
