Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced and passionate Business and Economics Teachers for a leading school group with multiple campuses across the UAE for the Academic Year 2PHONE_NUMBER. The ideal candidates will have strong UAE teaching experience within reputable international or national schools, expertise in the American Curriculum, and a proven ability to deliver engaging lessons while maintaining high academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Business or Economics lessons for Grades 5 12.
- Plan, prepare, and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the American Curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report student progress effectively.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Utilize modern teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure student success.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Economics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching Diploma/PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Valid Teaching License.
- IELTS Academic Score 6.5 (Active) Mandatory.
- Strong UAE teaching experience in international or national-level schools.
- Experience teaching Cycle 2 & Cycle 3 students (Grades 5 12).
- Strong knowledge of the American Curriculum.
- Excellent teaching methodology and classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic Native Speaker preferred.
