What You ll Do

• Partner with different business teams (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to understand their processes and pain points.
• Design and build user-friendly digital tools online forms, dashboards, workflows, and databases using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Automate manual tasks and streamline workflows, helping teams save time and increase efficiency.
• Work with data sorting, grouping, filtering candidates, suppliers, or financial records to create organized solutions.
• Support new initiatives in HR recruitment tracking, Health & Safety reporting, procurement requests, and more.
• Continuously learn and explore new technologies that improve business operations.

What We re Looking For

• A recent graduate or early-career professional in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of databases, forms, and basic application workflows.
• Comfort with Excel/Sheets, online forms, dashboards, or low-code tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerApps, Airtable, Zoho Creator, etc.).
• Curious problem-solver with good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
